Vacation Wrap Up

Both girls were super excited to go on the airplane.  We arrived in plenty of time and got to watched lots of planes.  They did great on the ride down.  Greta watched a movie and then played games.
Lola watched a bit of a movie and then just enjoyed the ride.

Cruising in style

We stayed at a great Marriott Vacation Resort... 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and full kitchen!  It was perfect.  The girls slept in their own room - most of the night without me... and did great!   The kitchen was also great!  I went grocery shopping at Walmart when we first arrived and stocked up on breakfast, snacks and a couple lunches and dinners.  Saved us so much money as well at all the hassle of eating out with a 2 and 4 year old at the end of a long day.

We also had lots of fun at the pool and playgrounds.  And even tried putt putt golf.  I'm pretty sure I won.  (I doubt Ryan will read this so I'm going to say that).

Then the flight home and awesome!  Again arrived at the airport in plenty of time.  Had some lunch and then hung out and watched Frozen in their movie section of the airport.

And then Greta watched a movie and played on the iPad and Lola slept, literally the entire way home!

So much fun and so many memories... not sure where our next adventure will take us but I'm sure we'll have a great time and experience new things through the eyes of Greta and Lola.

Hollywood Studios

Our final day of parks! Bittersweet. It meant out trip was nearing the end. Again the weather was hot and humid... but we made the most of it. Arrives the park before 9 and met Daisy!

And then Olaf.

Then headed to meet all the Disney Junior characters... the girls loved them!! Especially Doc and Jake.

Fighting the heat and sun with shades and ice cream bars.

Then the rest of the day was filled with watching shows - Frozen Sing Along - loved it! Little Mermaid - loved it! Disney Junior Live - loved it! And finally Beauty and the Beast. I loved - Greta was a little nervous and the end.

Patiently waiting for the show to start.

We ended the day with a late lunch with the characters. Great food and fun!

We also got to see the march of the storm troopers - girls not impressed. Ryan and I impressed.

Booth girls feel asleep within minutes of getting on the car! Another day of wonderful memories!

Magic Kingdom

The happiest place on earth didn't disappoint. It was a long day but we loved to tell about it and the day ended with 1 sleeping and 1 still happy. The weather cooperated too - it was mostly cloudy all day and about 85 with only 120% humidity. But all in all manageable. Plus attendance was super low. Most ride had less than a 20 minute wait and even that seemed super short.

We started the day with a carousel ride

and meeting our first princess. Elena of Avalor and Cinderella.

Then we had breakfast at the Royal Castle and we got to meet all the princess. So awesome. They were all so nice and wonderful with the girls. The pictures speak for themselves.

The more rides, Enchanted tales with Belle - amazing!!!

More rides, meeting Ariel.

Meeting Mickey (be sure to check out Greta's face in the pictures - hilarious) and Tinker Belle. The parade.

And one final ride!

Again-we left with 1 sleeping and 1 smiling. Plus 2 parents that loved experiencing the magic through their eyes.

My favorite moments
1. Watching their faces light up as they met the princesses.
2. Greta telling me everything was her favorite.
3. See the amazement in Lola's eyes - all day
4. Ryan and I enjoying the fun as well and not sweating to death
5. Listening to their giggles about the fun day after we left
