House Sold?!

Why yes, we think it finally is!!!  We made another counteroff to a couple that has been tring to buy the house for at least a month now and we keep saying not, merely because we don't have enough money to sell it.  But finally we both agreed upon an offer and although we will still be out a lot of money, at least it will be one less house to deal with.  Just praying that everything goes smoothly from here on out!
