Not sure when to stop my monthly updates, but figure I should keep it up. Greta is spunky, sweet, knows what she wants, and is a joy to be around!
Her top 10
1. First trip to Disney World and Sea World
2. Loves birds and chasing them. And thinks Flamingos are super cool, standing on one leg.
3. Is suddenly afraid a bugs, crumbs, wet paper towels, anything that is out of the ordinary.
4. Loves her new swing set and swinging and going down the slide. Best present ever.
5. Is a dare devil and likes rides and the carousel.
6. Favorite food - yogurt, M&Ms, goldfish and nutrigrain bars.
7. Still crazy about Curious George.
8. Talks a lot. And loves to sing.
9. Likes things her way - we are working on that one.
10. Has started calling Ryan and I - Mom and Dad. Sounds so cute and funny.
When I look back years from now, I want to be able to reflect on all the events and amazing blessings God has bestowed on us.

The sequel
Well because the sequel was stubborn the first time, we got to see him or her again. But again, the baby was stubborn. The tech was trying to get better pictures of the baby's spine, but the baby is frank breach (feet over his or her head) and despite numerous attempts to get the baby to move, we were unsuccessful. So more than likely we'll have to go back for another one.
The good part of going was that we got to see a 3D and 4D ultrasound. Greta kept pointing and saying it's my baby.
Based on the images, I feel pretty strongly that the baby is a boy. Not sure why and we really don't know. But that's the way I'm learning. And if it's true, Ryan and I really need to figure out and agree on a name ;-)

Florida Vacation
Let me start by saying we had a great time. But vacation has to be one of the most exhausting things ever.
I arrived home from NY at 8 am and our flight left at 8 so I was tired from the start. Greta did great on the flight. Slept half of it and then didn't wake up until the next morning.
Highlights from the trip
3. Greta meeting Elsa. It had to be one of my all time favorite moments! She was completely star struck and Elsa was so good with her. Took her by the hand and talked with her. Surprising Greta wasn't that excited about Anna and Anna is definitely her favorite.
4. Going to Disney in a monsoon. And I mean literally. We started the day out wet but luckily dried off and only had to hide out for one more rain. And from what we heard the park was only a 4 out of 10 on the crowd scale. Great for us!
(buying the good version of this)
7. Greta loving the rides! Dumbo, Aladdin, little Mermaid and her favorite - the carosoul.
We had a few melt downs but nothing too major. With it being 90 and humid and different sleep schedules, I'd say we all weathered quite well.
But there is nothing like sleeping in your own bed. And Greta has been so excited about all her toys and Miller too! I think she's glad to be home too.

New York trip
I can sum up my work trip to New York in one word - exhausting. We had 2 booths, flew a 3D printed collection fromMalaysia, did the closing keynote, and sponsored the 3D printed fashion show. So tiring. But I think it was great for brand building.

Mud and worms
One of Gretas favorite things is splashing in mud puddles. Well thanks to lots of rain. We also had lots of worms wiggling around. At first Greta was excited but when the got close to her, she had a slight freak out. Oh well. Still lots of fun!

Potty Training
Well I wasn't going to officially start this weekend but Greta took it on herself. We've had 2 really good days with only a couple accidents - one which was my fault :-( And each time she came to me said potty.
M&M bribery is working. But a couple times she went and didn't even ask.
Here's hoping she keeps it up tomorrow and at school. Maybe we are closer than I thought.
Go Greta go!

Poo Poo on the Potty
And yes I sing that every time I say it. Last night while in the bath tub, Greta started acting suspicious... I said do you need to go poo poo. And she said yes. I said let's hurry and get out and go on the potty because we can't go in the bathtub. So we did, and she went. Pushed it right out. No problems!
Then tonight, she was playing with her people and I was cleaning up in the kitchen and she brings all her frozen people out and says go potty. So in we go (me not being very optimistic, but if she wants to go, then we go). I take her diaper off and she has a little streak of poop. So she sits down and farts. And then giggles. Shes thinks that is so funny! And then proceeds to poop in the potty!
YEAH! Such a proud mommy! Both times she got 3 M&Ms. Her favorite color is blue and that's what she always asks for. I better find a bag of blue M&Ms to keep this streak up.
